Notice your SCAR-lite not quite having enough spring strength to bolt release chamber? Especially once the gun runs suppressed and fouls up along the front end of the receiver and chamber, this issue is not only amplified, it’s annoying, and just plain risky in a REAL situation where you may have to rely on your SCAR. Go ahead, measure your tired old spring free length, brand new it was 19.5-ish inches long. Bet it has lost minimum about an inch in length from just round count. That’s the wire material going through permanent deformation, not elastic and it drastically kills the original strength of the spring. It doesn’t come back from that, it needs replacement.
If you really want your SCAR 15 or 16 to go back to its original OEM cyclic performance, this is the spring for you.
